Every senior gets 1 ticket for the Decision Day Raffle Baskets (aside from 5th Year Seniors who have already participated in a previous Decision Day). With each item you check off this list, you can get an additional ticket to enter into the raffles!

Please join us in giving a warm LakeVille welcome to our new High School Principal, Ms. Miranda Long! She brings a wealth of educational experience and a strong connection to LakeVille Schools. We are confident in her ability to lead and make a positive impact on our high school and district.
As the reigning State Powerlifting Champion, Ms. Long wasted no time showing her strength in leadership as well! With Mr. Strobridge taking a well-earned extra day off, she jumped right in—monitoring lunch, visiting classrooms, and even making a trip to the Middle School to help 8th graders select their electives for the 2025-26 school year. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the great things ahead!

The Voices for Children - Children's Champion Breakfast held it's 30th award breakfast on Wednesday, March 19th. LakeVille had 4 nominations including Jimmy Colley - Caring Adult, Kim Riley - Lifetime Achievement, AJ Hiltz - Outstanding Youth, and Miranda Long - Outstanding Youth. Congratulations!
Missed out on the LakeVille FAFSA Workshop? The GISD is holding a FAFSA Workshop on March 25th from 5:30 to 7:30pm, with Financial Aid representatives from local colleges. Ms. Hannah will also be in attendance, if you have school-specific questions! Come out and complete the form to get money for college!

Dear Columbiaville Families, At approximately 11:20 this morning, there was a small fire at Columbiaville Elementary. We want to assure you that the situation was quickly brought under control, and the fire has been completely extinguished. All students and staff exited the building safely and efficiently, following our practiced emergency procedures. Every student has been accounted for, and their safety remains our top priority. As an extra precaution, due to smoke, we will be dismissing students early today. Please notify your child’s teacher via Remind if you plan to pick up your student. Otherwise, students will be sent home on the bus. If no one is home upon arrival, they will return to Columbiaville Elementary, where they can be picked up. Additionally, Kids Club is canceled for this evening. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we prioritize the safety of our students. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.
