The LakeVille High School Student Council is sponsoring a Personal Needs Drive and a Non-perishable Food Drive during the week of December 9-13. If you can help provide any of the items listed on the flyers, it would be greatly appreciated. The students are having a competition in their seminar classes, so feel free to send the items with your high school student (if you have one) or drop them off in the office.

"Hello, Falcon Families! On December 17th, Financial Aid representatives from UM-Flint will be here at LakeVille to help seniors complete their FAFSA forms from 5-7pm in the High School Media Center! Your student does not need to be planning to attend UM-Flint to attend this event, they are just Financial Aid experts. If you plan to attend this event, please ensure that you and your student have created your Financial Student Aid Identification (FSA ID), which can take 3-7 days to be approved, as it is linked to your social security number. Columbiaville PTS is so excited for this event TOMORROW! We have an amazing lineup of vendors at the Columbiaville Community Center AND Columbiaville Elementary! The school will also be hosting their Festival of Trees event where you can purchase some amazing decorations and gifts from our trees decorated by the staff and students. We will also have ornament making and lottery wreath raffles! Some of the other businesses around town will also have activities and vendors including: TabbyCatt Creations, Columbiaville Methodist Church, and the Columbiaville Library and Museum. This is an event you will not want to miss!!! Come out and see us from 12-4 tomorrow!

LakeVille High School is happy to share with you the Holiday Blessing Tree in the main office this year. We are collecting wish/needs lists from high school students and families in the community who need extra help this year. It will work similarly to how the trees in Columbiaville and the Middle School work. There are forms available in print and online for families to fill out. We will then create anonymous tags with the wishes. Tags can then be taken by community members to purchase and grant the wish! Blessings will be delivered by December 17 to those in need.
