Nick Lundquist is the Falcon Award winner for March. Here is the nomination written on his behalf.

Nick Lundquist pours his heart and soul into the kids he teaches and the athletes he coaches. He is always there for his students & athletes, without question or judgement. He coaches powerlifting and while the SPORT doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves, he doesn’t let it stop him from powering thru and being the kids’ biggest cheerleader. He’s there to spot the kids for every lift he can, constantly yelling words of encouragement and praise. Nick is a constant support in each athlete and students' life. The kids all know they can go to him with questions or concerns. I could go on for days about the support and encouragement he’s given my own child. Nick is truly a wonderful person, LakeVille is very lucky to have him!

Congratulations to our winter sports student-athletes, who were recognized at Tuesday night’s Board of Education meeting!

Board members presented certificates of achievement to athletes who earned all-conference honors, broke school records, and demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship this season. Coaches, families, and fellow students packed the room to cheer them on.

We are so proud of everything these young men and women have accomplished.
