LakeVille Community Schools offers a Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) for eligible 4-year-old children. Our preschool program runs full days Monday-Thursday following the LakeVille Community Schools calendar, with transportation offered.

Dear sport parents,
Hello, my name is Corinne Zimmerman and I am a doctoral student at Michigan State University studying sport psychology. I am also a graduate assistant for MHSAA where I help with student-athlete programing such as the Sportsmanship Summits hosted this fall. I am currently conducting a research study to understand the perceptions and attitudes of student-athletes and parents related to parent spectator behaviors and we need your help!
We have two surveys: one for sport parents, and one for youth sport athletes. For the parent survey, you are eligible to participate if you have a child who is participating in an organized youth sport (or has participated in the last 12 months). A $3 Amazon e-gift card will be provided upon completion of the parent survey. For the athlete survey, if your child who plays sport they are eligible to participate (there is no compensation for the athlete survey).
How to participate: The attached PDF document includes all survey links. To participate in the parent survey, please use the “parent survey” link or the QR code to access the consent form and complete the survey. To allow your child to participate in the athlete survey, please use the “parent consent for athlete survey” link to access the parental consent form. Once you complete the parental consent form, there will be a link and a QR code to the athlete survey that you can share with your child. You may decide to participate in the parent survey but not allow your child to complete the athlete survey, or vice versa (i.e., your child is allowed to complete the athlete survey but you do not complete the parent survey).
This research has been reviewed and approved by the Michigan State University Institutional Review Board. Participation is completely voluntary and those participating may withdraw from the study at any time. Athletes will NOT be asked to provide any identifiable data. Parents will not be asked to provide any identifying information with the exception of their email address at the end for us to send the gift cards. All email addresses will be permanently removed from our dataset upon the completion of the study. All responses will be confidential and unknown to anyone other than the research team at Michigan State University. Data will be stored on a password protected computer.
