Dear LakeVille Families,

I wanted to share a letter with you that will be sent out to families across Genesee County. This letter provides an update on the current financial situation that schools are facing across the state. As the letter states, we do not have a budget for the current fiscal year. We are more than two months into the school year and we have no idea what our budget will look like this year. Thankfully, our Board of Education has been very proactive and prudent with our financial resources. In the short-term, we are in good financial shape to weather a storm like this. However, if this goes on much longer, the impact will be more significant. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
