Important Dates and Information for Seniors

SENIOR PICTURES DUE: Please email your senior photos to mhillis@lakevilleschools.org by April 22, 2025. Mr. Hillis is also accepting sibling, baby, and bestie pictures for yearbook.

SENIOR BABY PICTURES DUE: April 22nd. This is for the Senior Slide Show. Send pictures in .jpeg format to mhillis@lakevilleschools.org

YEARBOOKS: Go to www.jostens.com to order your yearbook today.

CAP & GOWN: Your cap and gown will be shipped to the high school and distributed during lunches on May 6th and 7th . If you have not ordered yours, please see Mrs. Erwin ASAP.

Cap & Gown Guidelines

SENIOR PROM: Saturday, April 26th. Boulder Pointe Country Club, Oxford, 6 to 10 p.m. Dinner at 7 p.m.

SENIOR CHROMEBOOK and LIBRARY/TEXTBOOKS DUE: MAY 15th

SENIOR FINES & FEES DUE: May 16th. This includes Senior parking spots being painted black or a $20 fine will be charged (per the signed contract). No diploma will be given until ALL fines and fees are PAID.

SENIOR LAST DAY & SENIOR WALK: Seniors’ last day will be May 16th. The last day at GCI will be Tuesday, May 13th. The commemorative “Senior Walk” will be at approximately 10 a.m. with students being bussed to Columbiaville Elementary School first, then Middle School and finally High School with release to follow.

SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY: May 13th at 7 p.m. in the LV High School gym. Gowns are to be worn

GRADUATION REHEARSAL: MANDATORY: May 20th. Busses will be loading at 8:50 a.m. at the High School. You MUST ride the bus.

GRADUATION: TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2025 at 7 p.m. Seniors are required to be at The Whiting at 6 p.m. (Whiting Auditorium: 1241 E Kearsley St, Flint, 48503). Each Senior will get 10 tickets to the live ceremony. Tickets will be given to the graduates at the mandatory rehearsal. If more than 10 tickets are required, please call Mrs. Erwin 810-591-4033 before May 20th. GraduationFoto will be contacting each family to set up a profile to receive the graduation photos electronically.

DIPLOMAS: Will be handed out after the ceremony pending all student fines and fees are resolved.
